How packages work
These are one-time prepaid purchases. They do not automatically renew or charge you monthly. The number is the total number of visits included—not the number of weeks.
Confirm your service address, available days, visit times, and your dog’s suitability with Lexi before purchasing. Buying a package does not reserve a calendar slot. Package validity, rescheduling, cancellations, and any additional-pet or travel charges must be agreed before purchase.
